No pre-registration is necessary, membership in ICL is not required, and all lectures are free! So bring your family, friends (if you have any), and that uncle “Aldolf” that no one wants to talk about.
In its second year, the Mini-Med School is a collaborative, community education program sponsored by Utah Tech University’s Institute for Continued Learning and Intermountain Health.

Fundraising

ICL offers our 50+ community over 60 courses per semester for a nominal yearly/semester fee! Most of our revenue is derived from these nominal fees, which are expected to pay our compensated employees, fund our marketing efforts, conduct member get-togethers, etc., and allow us take on new initiatives.

Your generosity last year in fundraising allowed us to continue to provide high-quality education, clubs, special programs, and social events. We’re counting on you, and thank you for past support and future support!

Member Testimonials

  • “When we were looking for a place to retire, we looked at Sedona and St George. We chose St George because of ICL and haven’t regretted it!”
  • “I’ve been taking ICL courses for seven years now and it just keeps getting better! The instructors are so good and there are always new courses being added!”
  • “I’m entering the fourth year as an ICL Member.  The classes and clubs are excellent.  As a business major, I never had the opportunity to take history, geology, or creative art classes.  I have learned so much and also made great friends.  I can’t wait for classes to start!”

Live Long. Live Well. Here's How!

ICL, UT, Intermountain Health and the City of St George are working cooperatively on a project to help members of our community to live long and healthy lives, similar to Blue Zone projects. Live Long. Live Well. (Live! for short) is becoming a reality. We are adding new program features as quickly as we can develop them.
